WOW!!!! @David Dey

This is exactly why I love BP, your advice as well as the advice i recieved from @Alex Craig and @Curt Davis described by one word AWESOME!

As I move forward on my journey it is gentleman like yourselves that really help out and add substance and power to this site. I want to thank all of you for even taking the time to read, think, and type up a response because I was on my roller coaster again and was hitting a low spot, and have promised myself that I will let nothing stand in my way of success, even my own negative thinking. So thanks again and @David Dey I will call my realtor buddy and move forward as well as check the county assesor site to put together hopefully a "closer buyers list"

Thanks a million

Ok well thats good to know @Curt Davis I just didnt want to appear im reducing in desperation. I have listed the property a few days ago and have gotten some interest actually a couple  guys are doing their due diligence on it. Maybe i'm just being impatient because I feel its such a great deal! lol

@Alex Craig that is exactly what I was expecting that it would sell imediately but I've just had it listed for a few days and I dont have a buyers list to count on right now. I do have a list but I havent done business with any of them yet, a couple of them are interested in this deal however, so I will continue to grow my list and see how it goes from here.

Thanks guys for your input

Hello all,

I'm currently wholesaling a mfr and have reduced the price in order to try to move closer to getting a deal done and closing. Property is solid and definitely seems like a good turnkey deal. I would like to get something done nd have reduced the price to reflect that. Has anyone else had to reduce their deals in order to get someone to the table, how often and what has been your results?

Or should I be patient and stick to my original deal since I feel it is a great investment for someone?

Thoughts?
