I purchased several HUD homes in past using my own money, now i'm considering wholesaling properties and was wondering is it possible to wholesale a HUD home to a buyer and how would I make money from this type of deal since I couldn't inflate price to cover my fee as wholesaler, or can I? Please explain

@James Wise, not to start an arguemnet, but my 1st HUD wholesale deal netted $17,500 for my partner and I, another was $10,000 and $5400 for yet another. Pretty profitable in my opinion, especially given all I did was walk through the house a couple times and sign some papers. And that's usually with no more than about 15 properties available for investors at any given time.
