I was under the impression that probate info was available maybe for a small fee directly from the court house. I could be wrong however.

@Tarik Larue thats just how I viewed life, I took the GM buyout and brought several properties and moved in one rent free. I noticed while at GM we were all programmed and basically just working to pay for things and not really owning anything. I figured if I had no house note or car note I could survive with making half my wages. That has proved true for me since 2008 and seems that it will continue. I'm at a point in my life now where I'm ready to expand, start fresh and grow my business. Thanks for your post and sharing!

@John Horner I can relate to your dad's situation and yours as well. I feel like I have worked all my life since I started at age 12, I'm ready to leave the normal worker lifestyle and work for myself and own business in do time. Thank you for sharing!

@Alex Khojainov I like your approach finding properties close by and moving in the multi unit. That makes sense especially since you know the area. And as you expand and build capital expanding out! Thanks alot for sharing!

@Ryan Billingsley your story sounds a little like where I'm at right now with the self education and being blown away. I also have a partner who bought into a franchise for a couple thousand dollars that basically generates leads smh. But we both are focused on moving forward, thanks for your story, truly motivating.

Wow @Alex Khojainov do you still live in the properties you buy until you flip them?

I am always motivated by reading stories or hearing podcasts interviews of how people were motivated to "just do it" and take that leap towards their first deal. I am continuing to educate myself and soak as much info into wholesaling as I possibly can. BP has been an excellent source of knowledge for me and I am so appreciative of the advice and tips everyone pours into the forums, blogs and podcasts. 

Hopefully your stories in this post can push me to take that leap as well as others just starting out.
