Please help looking for a heloc on my 2 investment properties

Does anyone know of a good heloc lender in denver? The one im talking to know I don't think shes trying to give me very much. Thank you!! Great advice people im definitely taking it!

Thank you guys!! Seems like a 4 plex in Denver is not a good deal right now. Ill still look around and do my numbers. Getting a place with a attached airbnb might be a better idea. Im also thinking of buying a place to bnb close to a beach or something nice but never bought anything out of state yet. I wonder if I would use my lenders and broker here or talk to them in the area where Id want to make my move? Thank you guys for the support and info!!

@Bryan O. Thank you!! I trying to get a fha loan. I am going to be living in one unit. So hopefully that works. And yes Denver world be hard to find a good deal. Im still going to look. Maybe even get a duplex. But also am going to look in Co. Springs and surrounding Denver areas. Thanks for giving some info on This. Don't know if this will work but im going for it.

Is a heloc better than cash out refi. I own 2 condos both have 40-50 grand equity. Both rental properties. I love buy and hold and ready for burrr. What can I do to get a 4 plex? Determined to get one asap. Thanks!
