@Manly Souza Crazy! I love C.O. I've lived here my whole life though. And always have been obsessed with the ocean. I definitely want to own houses here and in Hawaii. So I can come back an forth. My plan is to buy a house here in a month. Rent it out and move to Hawaii for a year or 2. Come back and buy as many as I can here in CO. EVERYONE is moving here so I figured this is a good place to buy. Rent is going way up! I have to wait a year to buy more because I can only get a FHA loan witch means I have to "live" in it for a year.

I trim weed for dispenserys here. I have 6 years job history. So I was thinking I could get a business account, move there, keep trimming and use that as my job history. 'Maybe call it a tree trimming business'. Lol.  To be able to get more loans... If that doesn't work I might have to pick up a new job, like, a rental property manager. I know my plan may sound crazy.. What do you think

Finally able to work 40 hours at the dispensery I have one more month of pay stubs to hand to my loan officer. And still will only be able to get a loan for 100,000. Also I have to pay a debt collection of about 4000. I will have about 2-3000 left over for the down payment. And after I get the house I have to live in it for a year before I rent it out. Its all I can think about. I'm going for it anyway. I have to start somewhere. Nervous but determined. I want to buy as many properties as I can. ASAP. Here in Colorado. So one day I can move to Hawaii. 28 years old... That's where I'm at right now. Trying to be a millionaire by the age of 30.

Hi everyone! I'm Crystal new to this website have been listening to brandon and josh on YouTube for the past month while trimming mmj in Denver for my job. I love real estate I love houses. Took me 5 years to build my credit score up and now I'm ready to start buying!:D finally. I have 4 percent down also. Went to get pre aproved and sadly, a collection on my credit for 6000, won't let me get approved: ( ,from bad roommates 5 years ago. Trying to decide if I should just pay, and get it off, they said for 3500. I'm trying to negotiate. They won't budge.. I'm willing to do whatever it takes. Now is the time to buy I really don't want to wait. Any suggestions?? I'm only looking for a 100000 loan to get started because of my income.
