Looking to buy a small multi family in Denver, The springs or maybe Maui or Florida. Need a good agent and lender who are investors themselves. Question is, what are the str zonning laws in these places. I would like to rent them as short term vacation rentals. Do I have to live in it as a primary home? I have 6 vaca rentals in Denver near downtown and I have to live in it in order to rent it short term. So thinking about expanding to places where I dont have to live in the place.

I need to start fileing my quarterly taxes with my new air bnb business. im renting out two places and i own one buy and hold yearly rental. also have a job trimming mmj. Thank you

Thank you! So i wont need to have a professional/cpa do my taxes? I should Just do them myself? Yeah i figure the next house will be a conventional loan. 

Ok thank you, good to know. So ill be completely truthfull. I was a little worried that when i buy another house the lender might see on my taxes that i rented when i was supposed to wait. I dont want to not be able to get approved.. Hmm. So im wondering who should i have do my taxes.? Just go to h&r block? Or a cpa? I tryed turbo tax myself and only got back 800. Didnt file it yet. I feel I should get alot more for just buying a house.

bought my first condo in colorado springs. I live in denver. Bought it aug. 11th 2016. Started renting it out jan. 1st 2017. Got it with an fha loan. Not allowed to rent it out for a year.. Put about 5 grand into it. Kept all receipts. I need to get my taxes done and i want as much as possable back. But im woundering will i get more back if i say im renting it out? And will i get in trouble if i let the goverment know im renting when im not supposed to.  Please let me know any suggestions. And maybe a reference on who to go to to do my taxes? Thanks

Where should if to my taxes? Bought condo in August. Just started renting it out on jan 1st. Trying to get the most money back as possible to pay off home depot card from the remodel. Im not supposed to be renting it for a year so im affraid to tell the tax person. But i want a big return. Any suggestions? Thank ya!

I need to download on my phone a simple rent application for my potential renters. That i can e mail to them and they can fill out on there phone and send back to me.

Thank you!! How do i find my local rei club? I live in denver. Ive been hearing from alot of people to go to these. Sounds awesome.  Ok i downloaded the transunion smart move.
