Post: Approving for loans with my business income

I have a personal and a business account. I only use my business account for my 3 rentals I own. So I know what money is coming in and out. But when I go to get approved for a loan they want to see my business income. I also do other jobs that money I put in my personal. Should I start putting all my money I make in the business account? It would double my income. Or would they need proof it's income from my real estate business?

Trying to get the most out of all my equity I've gained. I currently own 3 long term rentals. I'm planning on getting a 2 unit to live in and airbnb. But I feel I could go big and get a big multi family. Wondering if I could get a 3-5% down loan? Already got approved for a 20% down and in proses of refinancing all properties. Just need some advice or ideas from other investors. Thank you!!

Just writing a post trying to network and maybe get some tips on how to get started. I know my first step is to drive for dollars. Maybe looking for buyers and sellers. If anyone would like to work with me that would be great!
