I want to start a mastermind/ real estate group for inexperienced investors in the Charleston SC market. The focus of the group would be to help one another with the first deal and possibly go into a deal together later on down the road. I'm looking for motivated individuals that are willing to help each other. email me or comment below if you think this is something you would be interested in.

I'd recommending trying to connect with experienced investors.  Networking with inexperienced investors will definitely help to share experiences and motivate one another but you would be better served learning from people who have done it before.  Instead you have an "amateur-mind" rather than a "mastermind".  Sorry to be a debbie downer...just sharing my opinion.  You are definitely moving forward...you can just get on a faster track with certain steps.  Good luck in the journey.
