I live in Easley and work in Greenville. I've made money on mobile homes. Just like everything else, it depends on the deal. I would not count on any appreciation, but they can make good rentals and are a good way to begin investing. For financing, call Beckey Coley,lending specialist for manufactured housing. I've got a great rehab deal in Easley SC. ARV is 125-130k, Repair costs are 20-25k, Asking 68k.

I would try the reia route first. I would also check cl in that town or the closest one and post in it and message any wholesalers that have advertised on there.

Has anyone here marketed to private money lenders that they did not know? If so, what was your best strategy, or what worked best for you?

I have never used a virtual assistant, but am considering hiring one to improve a website. For those that have used va's, what website would you recommend to locate a good one?

Also, what aspects should a good website have? I already want a buyers and sellers page to obtain leads. What else can you think of that would be helpful?
