I've noticed red signs being put out saying that vacant land has been seized for failure to pay taxes. but I'm wondering if I could find out and buy it. Does anyone know about this process?

I apologize if this is was posted in an incorrect forum. I wasn't sure what category it fall into.

Thanks

Years ago, I had the same question. What I ended up doing was sitting down and talking with her about it. We went over everything together, mine and hers, and we agreed to a budget and plan for paying down debt individually until we would get married. This took a lot of stress off of her because she was so overwhelmed with everything and she appreciated having me form a specific plan to attack each debt .After we were married, we combined everything and I took over paying bills and eventually paid everything off. I would advise you to take this approach and not to pay it off yourself, until you are both married. Good luck.

There were 2 surveying stakes in the backyard of my property. They said “prop cor” on them and had pink bands tied at the top. I checked with the neighbors to see if any of them had a survey done, but they didn’t know anything about it. Has anyone heard of prop cor or know what this could be for?
