@Brian Knox I do go to the ucreia meetings. We have one tonight at 6. I like networking before the meetings begin but don't particularly care for all of the stuff they try to sell you.

Look for vacant houses. Ones with fsbo signs or vacant houses with high weeds in yard, you know if it looks like no one lives there. I'll pay you $250 if I buy and you furnished the owner's name, address, and phone number. I'll pay you $100 if I buy and you did not furnish the owner's info.
