Most have a lot of folks on a list but only a handful that actually buy anything. If you know what these folks are looking for ahead of time, you can match the properties up to the buyers needs. If you come across any deals in upstate South Carolina, feel free to send them my way.

Hi Jason, welcome to BP. I live in and invest in upstate South Carolina. 

@Michael DuVentre each county usually has a tax assessor site online. Just go to the county assessor site and you can view tax record info.
