I'm looking for deals in and around the greater Columbia area of South Carolina.  

Looking for properties that are at least 2-5 bedrroms-2-4 baths at 60-65%ARV - repairs.

Properties should be in good areas with solid comps and quality school districts.

I am a cash buyer and can close quickly, I prefer to use my own attorney (very investor friendly)
