I agree with the previous poster. SEO is likely not your best source for getting views. It is completely unreliable and you really have no control over it. ALL SEO as a business is just a "guess" to be honest. No one can every truly say "if you get EXACTLY 17 backlinks that are do-follow from a page rank 3 site, you will be number one."  No. they say... well, last time, I sent a few and it worked for this one particular keyword. So maybe it might work again.

But it is just a guess. Go with something you have control over like paid advertising. It will be instant and scaleable. Wont have to wait and cross your fingers that it is working, and you will know right away.

One of my favorite sites for DIRT CHEAP ads is Project Wonderful I have some top placement banner ads getting 100 views a day paying $.05 a month!  Yes... a MONTH. Not a typo.  lol

But that is just one of the many many ways to drive traffic without relying on the google. Good luck

lol yeah that is what I first thought. Any word doc, edit it to your needs first. Anyone who sends something as is that still says 2014 like he mentioned is just lazy. I see them more as "templates" or starting points to be edited to suit your needs

my favorite has always been listsource.com  fairly priced compared to the rest of the market (I have tried a ton) and pretty darn good accuracy/deliverability rate.

I would always recommend the ones in the files section of this site. They are tried and true. Tested and proven. Can't go wrong there. But as always, you should always have your own attorney look over anything you are not sure about.

By far, the biggest question I get:

"What one investment strategy would I use if I was starting over from scratch today? And if I could not use any of my current resources or influence to do it, how would I get to 5 figures in less than 60 days?"

This training was created to answer that question. It was done live. And I would like to share it in hopes that it may help someone else who may be just starting out as well.

Enjoy
