Lead Lists
Hi Everyone,
My name is Erica and I am new to the real estate investment industry. Investing seems to be a simple process once you have all of the pieces in place. The biggest issue that I would say for me right now would be finding a good leads list. I know that some hot list sources would be pre-foreclosure lists, probate lists, clean and clear lists, absentee owners, and just some good old fashion riding through target areas. Can anyone recommend a good lead list company that generates lists for Alabama?
