I have 3 purchase agreements (intend to use in Memphis, Tennessee) and as these will be my first offers I'm having a bit of analysis paralysis over which one to use or modify if necessary.

Can anyone help me out with an opinion on which to use or point me to an affordable attorney to review?

I'm an inexperienced newbie but are you guys not retyping and printing out individual agreements for each deal? That would allow the proper date, names, address, and clauses as necessary for each deal.
