@Jonathan Villalta Welcome Jonathan.  You would find a TON of information on this site. As well as the webinars and books in the store.  A mentor is a great way to get a jump start as well.

Good luck to you. You are in the right place

Does your mentor have to be local?

Yep. That is what I figured. Thanks for clarifying

Sometimes the app version is just more convenient. Like Quora, for example. The mobile site is well done, but the app is 100x better.

I have to say, the mobile version of BP is flawless!  No complaints at all!  Great job!

Is he paying for leads as a service? Or you are asking to let us know if we have any properties in that area that you have a buyer?  Just wanted to clarify

You can try a hard money lender who finances based solely on the property and not your credit. They may require a down payment... but that would get you your deal. These guys are everywhere and easy to find for this kind of funding.  Good luck

Unless you are a contractor or a "hands-on" type of investor who MUST do everything himself, then it really does not matter where you invest if  you do it virtually. Get a local team in the area you want to invest in and it opens you up to go into any market anywhere in the US.  Just an idea

Referrals has always been my favorite source for "qualified" professionals to work with. The only real way to know how reliable someone is going to be is to ask their past clients and see what they have to say. Then you just build that connection with them, make your expectations known upfront, leave nothing to chance or assumption.... then you just cross your fingers.  That's the science answer. :-)  Good luck

Yes of course. Have you ever lived here before? What made you choose to move to Vegas?  What area will you be in?

Hello Josh. Welcome to BP.   You can definitely achieve that of your clientele and much more beyond with real estate. You are making a great choice and headed in the right direction.

I am familiar with renatus. They have their own (kind of strange) angle they take with their system. I feel it more focused on "team building" than on investing like you will find in here. I guess it all depends on what you are trying to do.

I live in Las Vegas. Will be nice to connect with someone local. Would love to chat more if you like and connect when you get hear. Just shoot me  a line any time
