Hello BP,

I have a lead on a nice lot in Healdsburg, CA (Just north of Santa Rosa in Sonoma County). The lot is 1.64 acres with a small 2/1 log cabin on it. I think the play would be to buy the lot demo the cabin and build a nice new home on it. I am not familiar with the area or ground up construction. Looking connect the right buyer with this project. Reach out to me if you are interested. Thank you.

Barbara,

What do you mean by "good" and what sort of information are you expecting the title company to provide? I use Old Republic in FF, they are quick and get things done.

Hello, I'm in Walnut Creek as well and would be happy to talk over the phone or grab coffee. Shoot me an email and we'll set something up. I'd also add a profile pic to your account, helps get more feedback/credibility.

If it were me, I would want to be on title of the property and have a separate JV agreement that outlines all the terms and conditions of the partnership.
