Looking for a Developer in Sonoma County

Hello BP,

I have a lead on a nice lot in Healdsburg, CA (Just north of Santa Rosa in Sonoma County). The lot is 1.64 acres with a small 2/1 log cabin on it. I think the play would be to buy the lot demo the cabin and build a nice new home on it. I am not familiar with the area or ground up construction. Looking connect the right buyer with this project.
