I am with the others. I would give them a chance to fix it and then move on.  If they don't fix it, I would say someone out there wants your business worse then they do and might work with you better. You never know until you look.

Purchase price: $100,000
Cash invested: $60,000
Sale price: $185,000

This was great project for when I needed it. Wasn't high on profit sides, but a beautiful home at the end.

Needed a project that wasn't going to be a huge headache. Good community and school which I knew would bring a good quick return.
