I am looking at 2 properties that have I have come across in Coal City, Indiana. I am looking for someone who would be interested in managing them for me. I manage my own properties for the most part. However these are just far enough that I am not sure its worth my time. So I thought I would reach out and see if anyone on here does this. Thank you and please message me, if you are close and willing! thanks
