@Logan Boyter Congrats Logan! Thats amazing! You were able to close your first deal in such a short amount of time, that is great! That was a impressive response rate to sending out 250 letters. Maybe in the future you could share what you put in your yellow letters. Wish you the best in the future!

@Goldy R. Welcome to BP!!! As many people have already said you being a women is a strength by no means a weakness! Just soak up as much info as you can, ask questions, and read. Answering your question yes you just type the @ symbol followed by the first few letters of someone's name for example for you I would type @Goldy R. and after you enter the first few letters the name should pop up on the bottom of the screen. @Drew Vukov Hey Drew welcome, I grew up on long island in Port Jefferson. Congrats on your first income property purchase thats really exciting. I currently live in Bayside Queens. Depending where you are its really not a far drive at all. If your looking to get into more single family and duplex homes I would also get in touch with @Joe Fairless He is really good with single family homes and can give you some really good advice. Let me know if your looking for anything out here in Queens I would love to help.

@Mukul Lalchandani Hey Mukul welcome to BP! I am also a new investor in NYC. I currently live in Bayside Queens. As to your question, my future father in law works in New York Department of Sanitation, and says they are instructed to take signs down if they see them. That does not mean they always do it, I am sure you have to be careful about putting them up in public places. I would love to get together at some point.
