Newbie from New York, NY

Hi BPers,

I would like to introduce myself, I am a newbie investor based out of New York City. I am extremely impressed by the support I have seen on BP towards other investors and I am looking to build repoire and support with other like-minded people.

I am an established real estate agent in New York specializing in modern luxury homes, mostly in Manhattan and Brooklyn. With that, I have felt I achieved my goals and am looking for the next chapter in my life - hence real estate investing. I joined FortuneBuilders and am in their Mastery classes to educate myself in this new field and drove into it over last few weeks.

As I start my journey, I do have a lot of questions as it pertains to the New York City market. I want to specialize in rehabbing and flipping. Many people have already informed me it is going to be hard in NYC, but I like a challenge.

I will post as I develop my business and tell you the successes I have. I look forward to getting to know the BP community.
