wouldn't miss it for the world!

I have a portfolio of 8 properties for sale, 4 are in New York and 4 are in Louisiana.  There are seven dollar stores and one restaurant that the land can be developed into a shopping center.  The owner is very motivated to get a deal done.  The original asking price was $5 million, now the deal can get done for under $4 million. Hey Mubasher,  what everyone has said thus far is true.  The best place to look in the zillow kind of format would be Costar.  It has a big price tag, but worth it.  As the gentlemen above mentioned you really do want to get in touch with a broker who knows the type of business you want to start and the space needs that goes with it.   You can drastically over pay for a space you don't need.

@Brad Williams Hey Brad for learning purposes it would be great if you blogged through your entire constriciton process. That is if you decide to build from the ground up. I have a few resources but they are in the NYC area which is little use to you.

@Callie Carter Welcome to BP Callie! So it sounds like you have some experience that is great. I am sure with the help of many people on the site you can spring board much further into your real estate investing career. I am also from Queens, over in Bayside. What area are you and your husband focusing on? I know it may be short notice but we are having a meetup in NYC tomorrow (at Pranna at 6:30) If you can it would be great to come out and meet some local BP members.
