"If you’ve been at the real estate investing game for any period of time, at some point you’ll probably consider bringing on a real estate partner. And though it can be scary, especially at first, working with another investor – who may have very different working styles or personality traits — partnering up in real estate can offer a myriad of advantages and benefits to your overall career." - JD Esajian, Fortunebuilders

This month I'm thrilled to welcome partners Kris Kaufman and Dan Gotwalt to the REIMG Lancaster November Meetup to share their journey to success in Real Estate Investing here in Lancaster!

Dan Gotwalt and Kris Kaufman were childhood friends who formed a real estate partnership in 2015. To date, they have acquired over 100 doors of multifamily, flipped over 40 residential properties and are currently developing a large-scale office building in downtown Lancaster with an international tenant.

Kris Kaufman worked for Franklin and Marshall College in facilities and operations mostly spending his time in the back of a box truck doing real estate deals on the side until he went full time real estate in 2017. He excels at negotiation and underwriting.

Dan Gotwalt has over 15 years of trade experience and general contracting work and has been full time real estate since 2015. His strong suits are construction oversight and raising capital.

On November 21, they are going to share with us how they have been successful as a partnership, the Do's and Don'ts of building a successful business partnership and examples of success and challenges. Join us to see how "Teamwork Makes the REI Dream Work" for a local successful REI business.

If you're intent on building a REI business, learning about REI, or looking to overcome challenges, come out and connect with other like-minded investors with all different levels of experience. The environment is perfect for networking, building relationships, and learning from local investors who are making it in today's competitive market.

See you at The Lancaster Hive on November 21 @ 6:30pm!
