Mike Hurney hahaha .

Justin Deutsch I have not bought 1 guru/coaching program ! and Im in the business and working hard. no deals yet, but with all the free info out there... you just need sit back, take notes and learn. everything you need is out there except motivation, which i guess is what those coaches really do.

BP, podcasts, books, and youtube. so much information in just those categorizes and they are FREE. leaving more money for marketing :)

1 person just listed their inherited property and was mad at me for not sending the letter sooner haha
1 person could not believe i knew her first name and her property she owns with out actually knowing her

So tomorrow I have a meeting with Jack to check out his property. Im going to just put it under contract... easy as that right?

Michael Quarles Thanks for the response, Biased or not I love the info.

Noel Lumbo Good question... haha me too Noel, litterally yesterday I found out about them... They look professional and business like! I think it comes down to hitting all angles of marketing. Yellow letters are more of your "Unbranded Marketing" and the Zip Letters would be your "branded marketing" maybe?! Just my thoughts and a little insight on how I will use it....

So my YL Campaign must have started hitting the mailboxes because calls came pouring in today at work through my google phone app. Lets see here... 13 calls-8 voicemails... so far...Im going to break down these calls because I hope that no one else is experiencing this...

5 calls were from angry/sad people... They were upset because the letter was addressed to their deceased husband who had past some 15 years ago. Why the F&*% would their husbands name still be on the list i just bought from listsource? hmmm.

That was my mini and only rant. dont worry

5 were "not interested in selling" "please take me off your list"
But what is funny is that these people dont leave their names or tell what property I mailed them about... haha Silly people.. How can i take you off the list without your name?! haha

Nevermind about that last rant part above haha

1 Call was weird woman like really sketched out... it was strange, she would ask a simple one worded answer question, id answer "yes" or whatever then she would be silent for like 20 seconds haha the do it again.

1 Call which turned into a possible lead.. which Im going to look at his house on Wed... is a gentlemen named Jack who is 80 and was telling me about his beautiful house and wife. haha it was awesome. He put a second story on his house and a pool... Hes owned it since 1960.

1 Call I have yet to return

Ps i dont proof these posts, no time . sorry,
