Good Evening everyone! hope everyone had a great fathers day! im a journeyman pipefitter from Long Beach, California. im extremely excited to join this group and take my knowledge, networking, and RE investing to the next level.

As mentioned in my Subject header, im a Newbie, and im just looking for some guidance/mentorship. Im comforted by the fact that this community is very welcoming and willing to provide help and direction. So, with that, i want to thank everyone in advance; and i hope to return the notion whenever possible. look forward to speaking, sharing and working with you all.
