@Zachary Beauchesne Every Private Lender does it differently. I have yet to meet one whose terms were unreasonable.

@Anthony Porembski Whether it’s classified as commercial or residential will depend on how the municipality has it designated. My guess it’s still residential.

@Eric Lopez In addition to analyzing the deal you have to evaluate the tenant. Just because the property is turnkey, does not mean you have a stable tenant. Verifying the tenant’s lease and payment ledger should be status quo.

@Bill Plymouth The key yo finding the money is contracting good deals. There is never a shortage of money for good deals. However, most lenders won’t take you seriously without a deal under contract.

@Brendan Chetuck Cost will depend on how much other remodeling you are doing. The best case scenario is if it’s a gut job then running wiring will be a lot simpler for the electrician. If not then the price will be a lot more expensive based off the construction of the house as well as other factors. I would definitely factor that costs in when making my offer.

@Tony Marcelle You should do your due diligence on everyone regardless of where you meet them. I have found less tire kickers on LinkedIn versus other social sites.
