@Ben Gabin calling around to investor friendly brokerages is a good way to start.  In addition to just listing deals for your leads they Realtors should have access to deals that may interest you so this should a win win!

@Danielle Evans congrats on your acquisitions in Detroit. Michigan Real Estate Investor's Association is the most robust REIA in metro Detroit. They meet every 3rd Thursday in Troy. Check it out!

It doesn't matter what age you start as long as you start investing. Join your local REIA. I'm sure you'll network with people there with similar backgrounds and goals not to mention tons of resources that you'll need to increase your successes!

The midwest has tons of turnkey providers.  Research them.  Interview them.  Ask the BP community to share their experiences with them.

Are you a member of a local REIA? Assuming you are skilled, a person like you is in high demand for a volume flipper. This could be a great scenario. I wish you were in Michigan!

I would be very hesitant to buy it unoccupied unless they're giving you some sort of rent guarantee while it's vacant or a significant purchase price reduction.
