Finding private money

Hey everyone!

My goal, from now until the end of the year, is to build my network of private money lenders.  My goal is to have access to 1 million in private money by the end of the year.  What are your tips and tricks for finding these private money lenders?

Thanks, Everyone!

I'd say focus on meeting people and building relationships. Go to REIA's, network with other investors in your local market, and really try to get to know them.

There’s plenty of people out there with money (and lots of it), but you have to do more than just “find” them. You have to build a relationship with them. People generally have to know, like, and trust you before they’ll give you their money.
