Hello, I reside in Orange and all my portfolio is in Indianapolis. Why Indy? Well, with some due diligence you'll see it is a great market for CASHFLOW, which is the purpose of my investments. I help other people use some of there savings to create streams of income so they can feel a lot better about their finances. Would like to share some knowledge.

All sounds great. Know your market. Serve your customer well. Understand why you are investing for. (tax breaks, cashflow, appreciation). Run the numbers and if it makes sense to your investment standards pull the trigger. You seem to know that market well.
