How to Find Wholesalers

Edgar De La Torre

Hi BP Community,

I have recently started up my own investment business of flipping homes in the Orange County market. I have sent out my first campaign of direct marketing and other methods for initial activity. I was hoping I can use wholesalers in the Orange County area as a resource to add deals to the pipeline.

How do I find wholesalers? I have tried searching for keywords on BP, Craigslist, and general searches online. They do not seem as easy to find as I initially imagined. Any advice?

Thank you very much everyone!

Edgar
