Well, I invest strictly for cashflow, which is why I invest in Indy. Plus, it is a good growing market if you do some research on what is going on over there. For now, the numbers make a lot of sense for cash flow investors.

I have all my portfolio in Indianapolis. I great CPA is a huge part of your team. Having said that, my tax filings haven't changed much. Just a few more documents it seems.

My name is Carlos and I am an investor in the Indy market. Most of my deals are multi family buildings that I(we) buy for our portfolio or wholesale to people in our network.

This add is regarding a beautiful 16 unit apartment building just north of downtown.

Why don't you let a property management deal with that? That's what they do. As an investor, you would want to maybe spend your time buying more rentals.

Start with wholesaling deals. Once you build an establishment you have also build a network of potential investor and hard lonely lenders.
