Hello everyone, my name is Tim Bryant and I currently reside in Indianapolis, Indiana. I was a mortgage loan originator from 2005-2008. Being an originator was very satisfying. I enjoyed helping and protecting people and was one to be trusted. My reasons for joining BiggerPockets is to network with others in real estate as I learn the wholesale process. Any suggestions in wholesaling would be gladly appreciated. I would be open to short term mentoring with an agreed upon financial arrangement. Thanks and look forward to developing some long lasting relationships. P.S. I am an avid golfer, lets help some people, make some money and play some golf. Love and victory to the light!!!!!

There are a lot of opportunities to learn on this site, and you'll find everyone to be quite helpful! That's great that you've gotten some real estate related experience- it'll help you a ton! Besides the loan originating, have you been involved with real estate in any other way? Are you looking to just wholesale properties?
