Hello everyone, my name is Tim Bryant and I currently reside in Indianapolis, Indiana. I was a mortgage loan originator from 2005-2008. Being an originator was very satisfying. I enjoyed helping and protecting people and was one to be trusted. My reasons for joining BiggerPockets is to network with others in real estate as I learn the wholesale process. Any suggestions in wholesaling would be gladly appreciated. I would be open to short term mentoring with an agreed upon financial arrangement. Besides the loan originating, have you been involved with real estate in any other way? Are you looking to just wholesale properties?
