I'm a software developer and use Podio because I can morph it into whatever I want.  With that being said, I'm developing my own CRM because Podio feels clunky.  CRMs made for high degrees of customization and integrations often feel "heavy".

@Ron Crain what features do you want?  What level of customization would you like?  Answering those two questions will allow people to give good tailored suggestions.

I'm using raw Podio with my own custom automations until my CRM company is ready for me to migrate into.  Podio can do anything and everything you want, BUT can take a lot of tweaking to get right.

@Mike Guenther I use getflywheel to host my WordPress site and then have a contact page on the site that sends my leads to my Podio CRM.  More professional look for the end user than Investorcarrot

@Ethan T Williams I’ve been working for the past 9 months building my own CRM. What languages are you comfortable with? Front end back end? What areas interest you the most?

If you're looking for something you can make into your own preferred workflow, podio is great.  You use a free tool called Globiflow to build in any automation you want.  Paired with something like Zapier, it's easy to make it do whatever you want.  Send me a message if you want and I can send you a tutorial I did on setting up Podio to send mailers when you add new contacts to the CRM

You could write your own middleman API that would use something like Python Selenium to navigate to and take action on the Cozy.co site on your behalf upon calling the API.  I'm not familiar with Cozy.co but this would be easy to do if they don't have any "are you a bot" things enabled.

I'm using Podio that I was able to build out to do almost everything I want locally.  However, I am now building my own CRM from the ground up because of issues with scaling.

If I had to start again, I would probably go with HubSpot or SalesForce.  I need something with an open API that will allow me to tie into third party systems like integrated direct mail.
