Hello. Does anyone have solid recommendations for affordable tech tools/apps- CRM, Lead Gen, pipeline mgmt, etc. ?

This is predominantly for Buy & Hold and some Fix n Flip strategies ?

If you're looking for something you can make into your own preferred workflow, podio is great.  You use a free tool called Globiflow to build in any automation you want.  Paired with something like Zapier, it's easy to make it do whatever you want.  Send me a message if you want and I can send you a tutorial I did on setting up Podio to send mailers when you add new contacts to the CRM
