Cozy.co API for Automatic Billing?

Does anyone know if Cozy.co has an API available? I would like to write some python to grab my sub-meter data and automatically add the bill to Cozy.

@Andrea O.  I have not gotten around to it, this takes me about 5 minutes a month to complete so it hasn't tipped the time to value scale enough.
