@Dawn Brenengen I mean a broker who specializes in finding foreclosures for his/her clients. One business model I'm looking into is finding a specialist to find the deals, run the numbers, and handle a high volume of purchases and sales per year.

@Chris Martin Good questions, but I'm not looking for an attorney just yet.

Hey everyone! I'm looking for a foreclosure-specialist broker in the Raleigh, NC area, the kind who wants to earn himself 12-30 deals per year and knows how to run the numbers to make that happen.

Thanks!

HI, @Lisa Dismore, and congrats on joining the BP family. I'm an inspector and investor in the area. I'd love to talk or grab a coffee sometime if you're interested.

Thanks!

I am a FT property inspector, and for residential I don't include any estimates as part of our standard package. I'd be happy to do a walk-through with verbal consultation on the basement, a full property, or any combination of components. But I agree with Dawn, the best idea is to call a moisture specialist. I use John Leneschmidt of Puroclean,

Kirk, I'm a property inspector in the Triangle area who also is getting into REI. I'd love to work out a quick table of consultation and inspection fees to help save you some money in volume. Let me know if that might help!

Thanks!
