     I am an experienced real estate investor with over 37 years of experience with the buy and hold approach and more recently with 2 foreclosure and rehab projects in North Carolina.  The main geographical areas of interest for me are Jacksonville, Fayetteville, and the Research Triangle area of North Carolina (Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill).  I live in Durham, NC.
