Im not sure what my concern is, just being cautious. I know I am dealing with the owner. The last names match up with the spouse and the "Associates". I have never done a package deal and then to have two different individuals owning the properties on top of that just kind of threw me and I want to make sure I dont stumble into something. Just looking to Cover my A**. I appreciate your response Jon.

I am working on a deal that is a 2 SF house package deal. My question is, one of the properties is owned by "Owners Last Name" & Associates and the other is owned by the spouse of the seller I am dealing with. How do I do this deal? What is my CYA strategy? The numbers are good, the location is so-so, but not war zone. I am looking to wholesale these properties. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
