Wow! Everyone, these are great! If reading this thread does not motivate you , I dont know what will! Here are a few more that I carry around in my binder:

"Have more fear of Regret Than Failure" -Unknown

"The Number of Times I succeed is in Direct Proportion to the Number of Times I can Fail and Keep on Trying" -Tom Hopkins

"Cherish your Visions and your Dreams as they are the Children of your Soul, the Blueprints of Your ultimate Achievements" -Napoleon Hill

I really like Napoleon Hills quote. No one will dream for you, no one will nurture your dreams and make your dreams a reality... that is up to you!

Brandon Foken I have used that one in many aspects of life! Most recently my 15yr old son was nervous to ask a girl out, he feared she would say no. I told him that by not asking her, thats exactly what she was saying. So he could ask her and things would be the same OR she could say yes! Cant get a yes if you dont ask. Needless to say, he is a teenager and I was probably ruining his life by giving him this advice! Hahaha! I dont think he ever asked her. Still a great quote!

Im sure, like me, you have quotes posted around your work area or in your notepad. What are they? I have several:

"Someday is Today"
"You are your own limitations, you are your own success"
"Whether you think you can, or you think you can not, you are right" -Henry Ford
"I can't understand why people are frightened of new ideas, Im frightened of the old ones" -John Cage

Also, have you seen Arnold Schwartzneggers 6 rules to success youtube video? That pumps motivation into my viens every time!

Sean Buckner Welcome! If I were you, I would just start doing it. Pick up a property here in Milwaukee. Get your feet wet, learn the ropes. When the time comes to move to St Louis, youll have some equity in the property here if you sell, or just keep renting, like you said, with a PM. Or, you could even just look in STL for proeprties and pick some up there and use a PM until you move. But the best advice I can give... just do it! (Sorry Nike!)
