My name is Brian, I am a long time reader, first time poster. Ive been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast and reading as much as I can. I am beginning as a wholesaler with my plan being to build up capital and move into flipping and holding.

J Scott Ive actually followed some of your posts about your Milwaukee endevours! The strategy meetings are basically a Q&A session. People bounce ideas off of other investors and ask questions and share advise and information about the local market.
