Rob Gillespie Ill be swinging by your house next Sunday! Hahaha! I have a J.O.B. that gets in the way of working on deals during the week. I do however spend my lunch hours making calls. Most of my work day I listen to real estate podcasts. The evenings are playing with and taking care of my 3 boys. Then late evenings are either looking for more deals or doing more research by reading anything I can! Some day I will be to the point I do not need that JOB! Until then, must keep moving

What did you do today? I spent time on Craigslist, Facebook and looking through the paper looking for deals.
I was supposed to go and look at (2) properties but the seller never called me back to finalize a time.
I made a dozen phone calls and left 10 messages. I talked to 1 person about (2) Non-performing notes he had for sale. Then I spent about 2 hours on BP researching Notes since I know next to nothing when it comes to knowing a deal or not.
I took my boys to a church carnival and played outside in the beautiful Wisconsin winter weather, sunny and 37° was nice!
This evening has been spent reading more BP posts, visiting a few facebook pages and getting all the information together on the properties I am going to call on tomorrow.
I know I couldve done more, but it was a productive and family balanced day! I love Sunday Fundays!

J Scott Ive actually followed some of your posts about your Milwaukee endevours! The strategy meetings are basically a Q&A session. People bounce ideas off of other investors and ask questions and share advise and information about the local market.

Arnie Guida Thanks! The Milwaukee REIA meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of each month at Brookfield Suites. Look them up, Milwaukee REIA. They also have a real estate strategy and investing 101 meeting on the 4th Tuesday of every night at the same location. They are typically from 6-9pm. Dan and Eric, the founders are good guys and the people you will meet are all very helpful and accepting of investors at all levels!
