@Csaba Kecskemeti

Best choice of action would be to develop a "team". Find a local person to make things happen for you. A person to walk the properties before you fly out, someone to run the comps, someone to line up GC bids, etc.

@Adrian Fernandez

Here is the rental comps for the neighborhood. Looks like $1400-$1500

About 14 DOM average here

The house is showing active on MLS. Looks to be a rent ready turnkey house. How do you plan on financing this?

@David Chapman, with $100k cash, so long as you have the income to support a loan, I'd push for a MF purchase. Multiple rents coming in, less vacancy issues( 50%or 25%,etc, rather than 100% with SF) There are many on and off market MF deals throughout the DFW area I can show you. Let me know if I can help in any way. Good luck out there!
