Hi all, 

My name is Richard Best. I'm a buy and hold investor with 2 deals done over the past 3 years. I self manage my rentals. Current focus is on Plano but will look at deals in the surrounding areas. Looking forward to meeting other investors and wholesalers. Currently comfortable with single family 3 or 4 bedroom for around $150K
