Hi All,

I am looking for individuals who have been part of Jason Drees' coaching program. I am interested in the program, however I would like to get personal feedback and insights from individuals who have gone through the program. Please let me know if you would be open to chat.

Thanks!

@Jordan Sand

The City of Huntsville (AL) does not permit STR, with very few exceptions.

@Briana Barksdale what do you need the partners for? A quad should be fairly simple to take down. Are you looking for capital?

@Marc Rice Why are you so bullish on multifamily in Columbus, OH? I am not saying it is a bad market, but just curious about your rationale.

@Spencer Gray I am interested in learning more what you do in the multifamily space in Huntsville. It is one of the market I target as well.

@Stefanie Jensen @William Hochstedler @Eric Trostle I am investing in large multifamily properties (50+ units). I am interested in Odgen. I am curious if you have any insights into this real estate class and how it is performing in Odgen?

@Johnson Yu I echo what Clayton said as this also applies to Huntsville. Tons of competition. You most likely need to go above asking to secure a property. Be prepared to pay all cash. You may want to move a little further out of the metro area - but don’t expect the same growth rates.

@Selina Hillenmayer I hear good things about Dietrich & Associates. But they are a little bit on the pricier side.

@Ricardo L Knight There is a lot of good information in some of the already existing forums. These were very helpful for me. I would encourage you to look through them.

Buying a multi family property will probably be a little bit challenging. I would look at a SFH that needs some work, fix it up and live in one room while renting out the other rooms. This will help you to faster accumulate the necessary cash for a down payment on another property. In 1-2 years you can probably look to purchase your 2nd property....and so on. This is the more conservative approach.
