I’ve found a multi family but now what?
I think I’ve found a multi family deal but I would like insight regarding connecting. I know the market is hot and the inventory is scarce. Any ideas or insights?

@Briana Barksdale what do you need the partners for? A quad should be fairly simple to take down. Are you looking for capital?
