Hey there Kevin, I'm just curious how things were going with your purchase.  This was a very interested thread that I just finished reading.  I might be looking to do the same thing in the near future.

Definitely competitive. I've been shopping around for my first deal and they seem to have quite a few perks. Also, they have a "PMI Advantage" that people can take advantage of (if your DP is below 20% of course).
