Dude, started house hacking this August and it has been amazing on the pocket book! I never listened to anything specifically on house hacking. The podcast just kept the knowledge coming. Heck it also gave me the courage. Just started listening to as many of the BP podcasts as possible. This has worked so well in my life, my mom and best friend both jumped on house hacking this year as well!
