Hi! I am brand spanking new to real estate. I've read a few books and have a general idea of REI and the niche I want to follow. I'm looking for seasoned investors and newbies like myself I can network with and learn from, while also being a help myself. I'm planning to use my VA loan to purchase a duplex as my first purchase. If anyone could use an extra hand in their REI, I'd be glad to jump on board and help how and where I can, with the hopes of learning past books. Thanks for and feedback and blessings and prosperity to you in your ventures.
